Emma Kirby Design offers a comprehensive range of services covering interior design, architecture, planning, and construction. Our highly experienced team, led by Emma Kirby (Design Director) and Michael Ergatoudis (Development Director), is dedicated to creating unique and refined spaces tailored to our clients' individual requirements. Our extensive project portfolio includes schemes where EKD has assisted clients from initial site appraisal through to complete design and build, and those where clients have sought a tailored service covering a single discipline such as interior design and decoration, planning, or construction and project management. Successfully completed projects range from private homes (new build, renovation, and conversion) to hospitality schemes including hotels, restaurants, public houses, and private members' clubs. A particular specialism is work on character and heritage properties, and a significant proportion of projects involve alterations and improvements to Grade II and II* listed buildings requiring both planning permission and listed building consent.
